Cody continues to oversee the production side of every project, bringing a hands-on approach to the job from start to finish.

From developing concepts and coordinating architectural ideas to managing materials, equipment, and field operations, he takes pride in ensuring every detail is completed with precision and care.

Behind the scenes, B&B's sales and office operations are managed with the same dedication to excellence. From customer consultations and detailed estimates to interior finish coordination and invoicing, every aspect of the process is carefully managed to provide clients with a seamless experience from the first conversation through project completion.
